Whether you choose our 12-Week Program or One-on-One Coaching, you get expert guidance tailored to help you perform at your best.
I already take dance classes multiple times a week. Will this interfere with my training?
No! We design your strength and conditioning plan to complement and enhance your dance training, not compete with it. Your program works around your class schedule to help you get stronger without overtraining or burning out.
I'm not very strong right now. Is this program for me?
Absolutely! That's exactly why JigStrong exists. We meet you wherever you're starting and build you up from there. Your plan is designed around your current abilities, and we'll progress at a pace that challenges you while keeping you injury-free and motivated.
What if I get injured during the program?
Your health and safety are our top priority. If you get injured, we'll adjust your plan to support your recovery, or pause the program if needed. With One-on-One Coaching, you'll work directly with your coach to modify exercises and ensure you're healing properly. You're never alone in the process.
Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
Not necessarily! We tailor your program to whatever space and equipment you have available—whether that's a home setup, studio access, or even a hotel room when you're traveling. We'll make it work for you.
How long are the workouts?
Most workouts range from 30-45 minutes, designed to be efficient and effective. We understand dancers have busy schedules, so every exercise is purposeful and focused on getting you results without spending hours in the gym.
I live outside the United States. Can I still work with JigStrong?
Yes! We work with dancers all over the world. Our programs are delivered through our training app, and for One-on-One Coaching, we offer flexible call times to accommodate different time zones. You'll get full access to coaching no matter where you are.
What happens after I complete the 12-Week Program?
You'll have the option to continue your training with us! Many dancers transition into ongoing monthly coaching or repeat the program with new goals. We'll work with you to determine the best next steps to keep your momentum going.
How quickly will I see results?
Most dancers start noticing improvements in strength and stamina within the first 3-4 weeks. You'll feel more powerful in your movements, have better endurance throughout your dances, and notice increased stability and control. The longer you train, the more dramatic your results become.
What's included in the monthly video reviews for One-on-One Coaching?
You'll submit softshoe and hardshoe videos each month, and your coach will provide detailed feedback on your technique, movement patterns, and areas for improvement. You'll get clear, actionable steps to work on, plus the opportunity to discuss these insights during your monthly coaching call.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes! We stand behind our training 100%. If you give JigStrong your best effort for 30 days and don't feel stronger, more confident, or better prepared—we'll refund every penny. To qualify, you must complete your workouts as assigned, submit any required check-ins or videos, and communicate with your coach about your progress. No stress, no risk.
How do I get started?
Simply choose your program and sign up! For the 12-Week Program, you'll receive immediate access to begin training. For One-on-One Coaching, you'll book an onboarding call where we'll discuss your goals, schedule, injury history, and current training. From there, we'll create your personalized plan and get you started strong.
Can parents be involved in the coaching process?
Absolutely! For dancers under 18, we encourage parent involvement. Parents are welcome to join coaching calls and stay updated on progress. We're all working together toward the same goal—helping your dancer succeed.
What if I have to miss workouts due to competitions or travel?
Life happens, and we get it! Your program is flexible. If you need to adjust your training schedule around competitions, travel, or other commitments, just communicate with us. We'll modify your plan to keep you on track without adding stress.
